We believe in the shed blood atonement of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin and we believe that the Holy Bible is the perfect Word of God. There are no mistakes, no conflict and it says what it means and means what it says. Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven and you must be born again to get there. We believe that the triune God. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, is one God. We believe in Christ and Him crucified. Being a Christian means you have a relationship with Jesus and you fashion your life and lifestyle according what He teaches in His Word, the Bible. We believe Christians are people who are growing in His grace and daily trying to reflect Jesus Christ in their lives, not perfect little religious robots. We believe that God is a merciful Father who cares about every thing, big or little, in our lives and that all His promises are as good today as they were two thousand years ago. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever and he will meet you at your need whenever you ask, where ever you are. We do not claim to have all the answers to all the questions but we are absolutely positive that we can introduce you to the One, who not only does have all the answers, but the One Who is the answer. We also believe that the greatest miracle of all is when a person is born again. Whether you've come to our web site deliberately or maybe you just happened upon it, please let me tell you what the lord has done for us.
I, Jack, was a lost, drunken, drug abusing street bum for many years. After my father died when I was four years old my mother re-married. How can I soften telling how it was? I think by realizing they both had a history of suffering too. My step-father had been bullied in his life and I think that's one of the reasons he brutally beat me on a regular basis. My mother never made any effort to stop him and I guess she was trying to justify herself by blaming me, saying I was no good and ugly. I didn't know any better than to believe what she said which made me think I deserved the beatings. It really warped my mind and emotions for years. Drinking and drugs were an escape that eventually enslaved me and I pretty much became what I hated most; a mean destructive hateful adult.There is no limit to what I could have done had not the violence and anger turned inside onto myself It could have been a much different outcome. God was very merciful to me. I became a statistic, in and out of jails and mental hospitals and I didn't know how to live and I couldn't die. On December 8th, 1988 I finally came to the end of myself. While in a detox facility in Kentucky, I cried out to Jesus in desperation, not believing He would hear me, but He did. He didn't give me what I deserved but gave me grace and mercy instead. I asked Him to forgive me and save me and He did. He came into my life and my heart and I was born again. It hasn't always been easy but it has always been worth the effort and work it takes to live a transformed life in Christ.
Sally came from parents who were young and foolish that got married for the wrong reasons and when they realized their mistake she was on the way. They went their own ways and for many years Sally was subjected to a mean, hard drinking, violent step-father who wanted to be with her mother but resented her being in the way. She suffered much emotional abuse and often had to literally run to keep him from hitting her. It was not an easy way to grow up but she survived. There was good side to her growing up though. Her grandparents came on the scene and took her into their home and raised her in a Godly and sane environment. They were both devoted Christian and church members. Because he was the caretaker of the church, Sally often went with her grandfather to tend to various duties. Her grandmother was head of her Sunday School department so she says she sometimes felt like she literally lived part of her life in church. Sally is very quick to share with people how the Lord was there for her as she experienced both the harsh bitterness of life while having loving nurturing grandparents there too.
God has been so good to us and He wants to be good to you too. We've shared this little snapshot of our lives so you can see that He really can and wants to make a difference in all our lives. Maybe your life has always been pretty good and you were brought up by good parents (praise God for good parents). You still need to come to Jesus if you want to have the abundance of life that only He can give. Believe it or not, but heaven and hell are real. You will experience one or the other by the decision you make. If you are a Christian, we thank God for you, but if you've never come to Jesus Christ and confessed yourself a sinner and asked His forgiveness and invited Him into your heart to give Him your life you are lost and you will spend eternity separated from God. That is hell by any definition. Jesus gave His life for you on the Cross of Calvary and He wants you to give your life to Him because He wants you to be with Him in eternal life.
We thank the Lord that He put us together to work for Him. We come from totally different cultures. I grew up in the deep south, Mississippi, and Sally grew up in the north, northern Illinois but because of the consistency of the Bible's teaching we live in love and unity. We believe that it doesn't matter that much where you come from or what you've come from but it is a matter of life and death where you are and where you're going. God bless you and keep you safe and give you favor in all you do and everywhere you go.

No mere words can describe the joy there is in doing what the Lord has called you to do! You owe it to yourself to find out what He has called you for.
Sally and I are called and even compelled by God to carry the message that Jesus saves to as many people as we can in the time we have left in this world. The time is surely getting shorter for Christians as we speak. Whether it be ten hours, ten weeks , or ten years, it is closer than ever! And we know that it is not just airy, empty speech to say it. It is true, no one knows the day or the hour, and I am not date setting, but it was also Jesus, Himself, who said, you know the signs of the weather when you see red skies in the morning to know to expect storms! By the same token, you can discern the Biblical "times" by what you see going on in the world and society. The "signs of the times" indicate that the return of Jesus Christ, for His bride, is at hand, even immanent. There is only one way to be ready for that. "You must be born again"; these are the words spoken by my Lord to Nicodemus, the holy man, in Israel some two thousand years ago and it is still as true today. You must be born again. Please, if you aren't sure, if you know you are not saved, take a moment and turn to Jesus. He is waiting for you, right now.

THERE IS A STRATEGY IN SPORTS WHERE PLAYERS ON AN OPPOSING TEAM WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO INTERFERE WITH ANY PLAYER WHO IS PLAYING EXCEPTIONALLY WELL AGAINST THEM, ESPECIALLY IF HE IS SCORING. SOMETIMES THEY WILL EVEN ASSIGN EXTRA PLAYERS TO GUARD HIM.
Are you going through a rough period in your life right now? Does everything seem to be against you, trying to hold you back? Well, maybe that is because you have done something to attract the attention of the "opposing team". Satan is not above using any means to interfere with your game plan, especially if your game plan includes living for the Lord Jesus Christ! So, if you are facing adversity and are feeling hindered in your efforts, welcome to the club!
I'm not trying to put a demon behind every bush or blaming the devil for everything that happens; I personally think he gets more credit than he deserves, but right now I want to think along those lines. There is an enemy out to destroy you who wants you to doubt your efforts and your value to God.
The Apostle Paul wrote, "I have been on frequent journeys, in dangers from rivers, dangers from robbers, dangers from my countrymen, dangers from the Gentiles, dangers in the city, dangers in the wilderness, dangers on the sea, dangers among false brethren; I have been in labor and hardship, through many sleepless nights, in hunger and thirst, often without food, in cold and exposure. Apart from such external things, there is the daily pressure upon me of concern for all the Churches." Listen, Paul was not complaining, that was just how it was for him. In other words, life was not fair, there were many things that hindered him, things the devil used at every opportunity.
Maybe you are facing a different kind of adversary right now; physical sickness or emotional distress, the loss of a loved one, loss of a job, family problems, the list goes on and on, and you just want some relief! Well, let me say to start with, God was not caught by surprise when whatever happened happened. He knew it was coming. He knows how long the storm will last and He knows how you are going to get through it. He is right there beside you, waiting for you to recognize that He is on your side. It is the best time to acknowledge God and draw closer to Him
It is a difficult time but you must realize your value to God's plan is a reason for Satan to take notice and cause interference any way he can. You are a precious asset in God's sight and a threat in Satan's. The voice you listen to will determine whether you win or lose. Read your Bible and pray. Hold fast to the faith in you, submit yourself to God and the devil will have no choice but to get out of your way. If God be for you, who can stand against you? Oh, you still might lose everything, but you will lose it in victory, not defeat! Yeah, I know, nobody wants to hear that part.
Do like Paul did. In his letter to the Philippians he said I'm not there yet "but this one thing I do; forgetting what lies behind and reaching toward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus, let us therefore, as many as are perfect (mature, grown up) have this attitude; and if in anything you have a different attitude, God will reveal that also to you; however, let us keep living by that same standard to which we have attained." In other words, Paul is saying to keep on in what you do know, right now. You are living according to the power and authority of the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, discerning in the Holy Spirit what God's plan for you is.
There are better days ahead! "O, victory in Jesus, my Savior forever! He sought me and He bought me with His redeeming blood. He loved me ere I knew Him and all my love is due Him. He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood!"
If you are born again in Jesus Christ, you CAN'T lose. Your ultimate victory is not in your hands at all, but in the hands of God alone. So, pick yourself up (you can do it) and dust yourself off. Get back in there and continue doing what God trained you to do. So what, if the opposing team has assigned extra players to interfere with you; take it as a compliment from the Captain of the Host. You're doing good! You're a threat! Because this is not just a game, it is for real and the reward is eternal. See ya there! God bless!
